My apologies for organising a club outing to be held on Father’s Day. I fully appreciate that this will exclude many of you from attending due to family commitments. As a result I may consider changing the date.
Before I do that I am asking for people to let me know if they are definitely coming. If you know that your family usually get together than you know that there will be a family function even if it hasn’t been organised yet and in reality you won’t be at the club outing that date.
- I am requesting for the people who can safely put it in their diary as attending to let me know.
- Also, if you would really like to come if it was to be held on a different date please let me know that also.
- No need to let me know if it is a no or a maybe to either of those two questions.
