Face-to-face club meetings are cancelled until further notice, and are continually reviewed monthly at the committee meetings.

The government prohibitions on non-essential gatherings mean that the Club cannot hold face to face meetings until the Covid-19 pandemic is declared by the government as having passed and that social interaction can return to normal.

The Committee has reviewed the current situation and has decided that all outings and face to face gatherings will now be cancelled until further notice. The situation beyond that date will be kept under review as the government advice develops. We do not have a definitive ending date. The website calendar has been amended to reflect the cancellations.

The Committee is endeavouring to arrange for presentations to be given in an online webcast format. More details will be published separately.

Our competitions will continue in an online format. Please upload entries in any of the categories as usual. The difference now is that judges will view, comment and give awards using the online judging facility on MyPhotoClub. So there is no need to prepare physical prints as they will not be seen by the judges.

Competition results with judges comments (if made) will be published in the fortnight following the competition entry deadline in the usual manner. Competition points will be accumulated as usual.
