Dear
MCPP Annual Sponsorship – Bengalla Mining Company
Mullins Conceptual Photography Prize delighted to announce major annual cash sponsorship from the Bengalla Mining Company.

The Australian Photographic Society (APS) and its Mullins Conceptual Photography Prize (MCPP) is delighted to announce a major sponsor partnership. Already a significant MCPP sponsor in both 2021 and 2022, Bengalla Mining Company Pty. Ltd. has now committed to an annual $15,000 cash sponsorship for the Prize.

Advising the MPCC Management Team of this wonderful and exciting new level of support, Bengalla wrote:

“Bengalla Mining Company are proud to be able to announce an ongoing partnership to sponsor the annual Mullins Conceptual Photography Prize.

This acquisitive prize will see the photographic collection of the Muswellbrook Regional Art Centre (MRAC) grow with artworks from across Australia entered into this prestigious competition.

Roger Skinner is to be congratulated for bringing the prize to the Muswellbrook Regional Art Gallery and we are keen to see the Mullins Conceptual Photography entrants continue to grow. “

APS is delighted to have Bengalla associated with the MCPP. Bengalla is proud to be a long-term member of the Upper Hunter Valley community and is committed to the future. It invests in the community through donations, sponsorships, and partnerships to build stronger and more sustainable communities. Bengalla works to build enduring relationships built on mutual respect and long-term commitments as an active member of the local community. APS is excited that Bengalla has selected the MCPP as a vehicle to help strengthen the Upper Hunter Valley community – through the wonderful permanent artworks collection of the MRAC.

APS is also most appreciative of how receptive MRAC was to hosting the MCPP and begin collecting photographic artworks again. The partnership between APS and MRAC has significantly contributed to the growth and stature of the Prize.

The MCPP is a very special photographic Prize, providing the opportunity for Conceptual photographers to be recognised as the best in Australia – and to win significant prize money.     Further enquiries:
