Our Club Comp Monday Night
Just a reminder that any photo or part of a photo that is being entered for Monday nights comp must have been taken during one of the clubs posted events, i.e. Newcastle, Kiama, Photo Rally, a club event at the church hall or the night out around Milson’s Point. For example if you are replacing a sky in a photo that sky must have been taken at a club event as well as the original image this also includes any object placed within the image.
Small prints are as per the competition rules NO additions to the image and very minor adjustments are permitted.
Also a reminder that all images are governed by the size of image and the frame, with the exception of digital

AGM 2022 – Item of General Business
As previously advised, the AGM of the Pennant Hills Photographic Club will take place at 7:45 pm on 21 November 2022 at the Uniting Church Hall. It will be followed by the “My Club” competition.
There will be one item of General Business: That members amend section 47 of the PHPC Constitution so the Club’s financial year ends on 30 September (rather than 30 June).
The Committee recommends this change to improve financial transparency to members. Currently, the financial report provided to members at the AGM in November is based on accounts as at 30 June. This means the financial information is almost five months old. If approved, the financial accounts provided to the AGM each November will be more timely.
For further information, please contact Max Pegler, Treasurer (treasurer@phpc.org.au) or Don Munro, Secretary.
